What is proma.dev?
Proma is a managed platform for AI applications. Instead of paying separate monthly subscriptions for each AI tool, you top up a credits balance once and spend it across every managed app — paying only for the results you actually get.
What does "managed" mean?
Every AI app on Proma is hosted, billed, and authenticated through the platform. You don't need separate accounts, payment methods, or onboarding for each tool — Proma handles the infrastructure so you can focus on getting results.
How does the credits system work?
Credits are a shared currency across all managed AI apps. You buy credits in your account, and each app deducts them per action or result. Unused credits never expire.
Will I get one invoice for all the apps I use?
Yes. All credit purchases and usage appear in your Proma billing history regardless of which AI apps you used. One account, one bill.
What is "Login with Proma"?
Login with Proma is a standard OAuth 2.0 flow. You authorise each app once from your Proma account. The app receives a scoped access token — it never sees your password and can only do what you explicitly allow.
I'm a developer — how do I publish an AI app?
Register your app in the developer dashboard, obtain a client ID and secret, integrate the SDK (see the SDK page), and add credits API calls wherever you charge users. Once your app is ready, submit it for listing on the platform.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts receive a starter credit balance so you can try AI apps right away. There are no mandatory subscriptions — top up when your balance runs low.
How is my data shared between apps?
It isn't. Each app only receives the OAuth scopes it requested, and you can revoke any app's access at any time from your account settings. Apps cannot see each other's data.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
